Professional Services Team Leader

Bulwarx is looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated Professional Services Team Lead to join its Delivery department. The Professional Services teams are responsible for technical delivery to customers by implementing Cyber Security solutions. Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor and manage a team of Professional Services Engineers • Perform technical integration of new and existing cyber security platforms and products • Perform end-to-end tests to verify the integration for product owner sign off • Business analysis to ensure product owners' requirements are clearly understood • Provide updates to Project Managers on project deliverables • Support the operational team with integration and new requirements launches Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in technical integration, system administration, system, IT or post sale activities • 1-2 years of management experience • Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Advantage: experience in the cyber industry • Advantage: experience with CyberArk, ForcePoint, MFT products, Palo Alto, Island, SASE, Netskope • Advantage: security clearance Send CVs to nofar.a@bulwarx.com.
